This was the concept that Jacob from Duper Friends revealed to me for the movie review podcast that he was soon to create. Jacob was seeking to represent Duper Friends with a professionally designed logo that incorporated imagery from the world of film, active colors, and blend of retro and modern styles.

Print Design #1
Form follows function when it comes to design. This means that the purpose and principals of a project should be the guiding force behind the design. It is also the reason why the Lumné team places great importance on understanding our clients and the people that they are trying to reach.
The various examples of design applied to printed media shown below all demonstrate how unique the outcome can be based on the client it is for.

B & B Harris Management: Brand Design
When designing branding for a business who offers a wide range of services it is important to consider the imagery associated with the facets of their business. B & B Harris Management specialized in providing entertainment machines and repair for games such as pool, poker, darts, arcade, and redemption machines(like the claw game). B & B Harris Management’s wide range of services provided a plentiful pool of imagery associated for Lumné to pull from. Our designer Jonathan L Clark spent a great deal of time to learn about their services, what their best sellers were, and how their clients respond to their services. From this research our designer was able to determine what imagery to inspire the brand design with. From the illustration of a king and the castle-crown to the rich and deep colors, every element of the branding was designed to communicate B & B Harris Management’s identity as entertainment experts.

JOYAGE 悅年輕
Opportunities to work with international clients is truly a joy for the Lumné team. These opportunities provide both liberating and challenging experiences. Often our international clients like JOYAGE give us a great deal of creative freedom for the designs that they have requested. Along with the creative license that we are given, there are also challenges of learning about the diverse cultures where our clients live. The Lumné team welcomes challenges such as these. This is because we believe that design should be an experience of exploration, discovery, and enlightenment.
